Back in August a PalmCO rep came to my door, I would have never answered had my daughter not run up to the window and be seen. He urged me to switch to save money, at that time we were moving so I figured why not. Didn't think twice, now we moved across the country and in November our PSE&G bill had PalmCO charges on it. Called both companies, both tell me to contact one another to cancel. I end up cancelling on November 30th, but told won't be out of cancellation until December 26 and January 26.in the meantime, I am still being charged for PalmCo's services even though I cancelled!!! The amount of gas and electric charges amount to $168.84 for the mentioned months. I am now having late statements sent to me from PSE&G saying I must pay balance or shut off services. The real kicker is it is now a vacant home in the process of being bank owned due to job cut circumstances. I have been calling both companies to try to reverse these charges but both say it is out of their hands with the 2 month cancellation process.
