I was contacted by phone by several different individuals from this company, offering or saying I was guaranteed a $5000, Visa or Mastercard or both. This offer was for $219. The first woman I talked to, told me I would have the card before the payment would be withdrawn from my account. That I could even withdraw the money from the card for payment.
After several calls I finally decided to accept the offer.
I was told I could cancel this offer within 3 days of the bank withdrawal. I tried that and was told that they did not have a precancellation policy. That is when I found out this was a credit repair program or so I was told. I was then told that I would have to accept the program and then return it if I didn't want it. I received it and sent it back the next day. I was told I would get a refun in 7-10 days.
Well of course I didn't get it. I called 2 weeks later to be told I would get it in 5-10 days from the date that I called. That was Oct 7, this is the 15 and still no refund.
