I ordered my Norton software to be updated on September 9 in the amount of 68.98, which was charged to my Visa account appropriately. On September 10, Norton charged my Visa AGAIN in the amount of $98.98 this time. I've only just learned of this mistake, as I have been checking my Visa bill. If this is not corrected promptly, I will have to report it to my Visa company. Please reverse the amount of $98.98 promptly.
