Non response regarding Product Activation

I am trying to activate my Corel Product Video Studio Pro X4 but cannot do so since Corel provides a number that can only be phoned from inside South Africa. I live in Namibia. I logged a case 01472697 with them yesterday and have not had any response. They promise a 24 hour (WOW Who still does this???) response.
