I made 2 payments online in august $50.62 and 400.19 just recently. I was told by manager and supervisor that I had nSF in my credi union, I placed my act online withthem and correct credit union info for my checking act. I also pain in person this same act at the store and 2 of my payments went through, They siad they put a hold on my act tonight, but I paid $327.00 in Alb, NM last wk on vacation. I have sufficient funds and obviously they had my charge debit from my credit union info and now I still owe and want to charge me $15. Oo to pay by phone and still kept my $50.00. I like to pay off my store act in less than 30 days, I like the option to pay online or at the store. When i paid online they told me it didn't go through, then charged me, my credit union Provident never charged me for these and they are not seen on my debit checking. What's up with Macy's? I am closing my act tomorrow for good, wasted my time paying them, I have excellent credit and pay my bills on time. Please help me
