Bought a pair of Dre Beat Solo headphones on 26th Sept. They arrived late & damaged. Only 1 headphone works & a part of leather cup is loose. Company wont give me return address, telephone number or ring me.
We have had contact via e mail, with the company telling me i am liable to pay for return & would i get them repaired & they will pay.
They have then asked if id consider compensation to keep the broken ones?!
