Callie: I received the very same letter today. If I send them my $20.00 "transfer fee, " they would "rush my cash prise" of "$2,536, 092.23 to me by bonded federal carrier." It sounded too good to be true, so I checked and found this site on the internet and i had to add my complaint. People who do this to people should have to pay by spending some time behind bars.
