I have tried to contact this online company who has taken money out of my account for the last 12 months. They have all generated computer and phone messages. You will never talk to a human. I feel this company is unfair and unfriendly. There are many customers out there who are being ripped off and don't even know it. All of those small deductions from your checking account need to be doubled checked. I know I should of paid attention and this is a wake up call for me. But I have not been able to contact or speak to anyone to ask how did this happen without my permission...
