Ok... This started with me ordering a size 9. They sent me size 9.5, no proplem i'll call them and see what i should do about getting the right size. They sent me an e-mail (thier phone lines didnt work for some wierd reason) telling me too mail them to thier new york offices. No proplem. I mailed it to them, on june 9th, its been over a month and they havent sent me an e-mail message or anything! Ive tried sending numerous emails and calling (thier phone lines still dont work), and i get nothing. They are ignoring me. Im not a rich guy. They robbed me! I am so pissed off, and getting more pissed everyday! Anyone that reads this should beware and DO NOT BUY FROM RETROFEET! They are crooks and as long as i live i will do whatever it takes to bring these low lives down!!
