Im am writing this letter to complain about timhorton... I have been going to the same tim hortons for over 4 years now... Im so upset that i walk there every day n walk home to find out my order is all wrong... I order begals toasted with butter and cream cheese i get begal no butter nocream cheese and toasted... Wrong tea they gave me coffee... This isnt the frist time this has happend... Something needs to be done... Not really right i pay for something n dont receive it... Thank u for ur time...
