Every time i go to dunkin donuts the sandwiches are very sloppy funny thing its the store manager was on the sandwich station she should have known better I ordered 2 bagels one with butter one with cream cheese I hate cream cheese both had cream cheese. They both had about a half of an inch thick of cream cheese on them i had to scrape and reheat my bagel and put butter on it and scrape half of the cream cheese of of the other sandwich what a waste of product i hate wasting food i wish i could upload a photo no one needs that much cream cheese on a bagel thats disgusting they need to pay more attention to products and less time worrying about employees running a couple of minutes late its a customer service industry not construction the customers are more important then if one of your workers are late deal with them when your not busy and embarrassing them in front of other people and customers the people they choose to run their stores in my area scranton pa are all incompatant rude disrespect arrogant full of them selves and defiantly have the priorities all wrong customer satisfaction and what the food looks like and the temp of the food and making sure the store is sanitary should ALWAYS be the most important thing not whos on there phone pay attention the those little red buckets with dirty dingy water sitting on the counters at both locations in scranton im assuming its sanitation water but when a customer sees dirty buckets of water with rags in them everytime they go a red flag goes up when it starts getting dirty looking it should be changed along with the rag all these people need a little reality check
