I can't pay my mortgage online because of a mistake that no one at the Bank seems to be able to take care of at this time. I have never been late on on my account and someone posted something on my account that stops me from making my payments online. I was on the phone for 90 minutes plus and it still have been resolved. I talked to 5 different people who kept transferring me back and forth saying that it was someone elses responsibility to remove the codes that were posted incorrectly.
