I did buy a brand new wall oven to this location on the 26/07 this oven was delivered on the 08/08 and it was a different make and model which i accept.
This oven still brand new never used but faulty according to the warranty technician of Smeg/Omega.
I call the salesperson Aroon, and i send an email to ron the manager.
I did not hear from them yet, my feeling is that they are avoiding me, and they try to get this oven repaired.
Please let me know if i am wrong, but i paid for a brand new oven, i never used it, so i want the replacement or the full refund of this unit.
