Only firm cares about is you lying and going to physical therapy so that they may collect $ from your case. After a week of not being able to get a hold of anyone at the office, I contacted corporate via email and was sent following: "we no longer represent you. We withdrew on your case. Please cease comminucation with us. You are free to get another attorney." This came in a shock to me as they haven't written me any letters advising such, nor have I received a copy of their Motion to Withdraw as Counsel and my car STILL isn't fixed, plus I have accrued rental car expenses and loss wages from work. So, reasonably upset, I wrote: Thanks for the heads up. Bastards..." So I get this reply: "u are a class act. Nice language. Sure glad we dont represent someone such as yourself. U must be so proud of yourself. I then asked what his/her name was and this is what I received:
According to you my name is bastard. U now ask for my name after u called me a bastard. Classic. Please leave us alone. You are extremely abusive. “
