My computer was locked up with a message saying i had 72 hours to pay $200 00 or get arrested. I paid the fine & my computer is still locked. It was & official looking seal that covered my entire screen. The message was for me to buy a money pak for $200.00 enter the codes in the designated area & hit "ok"to submit.
