My Wife and I are seniors on a fixed income. Because of health issues we were advised to get twin adjustable beds. We did our researchon the internet and at six mattress stores. The saleswoman at City Mattress in WellingtonFL. Assured us that the Prana mattress was the best one for our needs. We purchased them for $5,000.00 in April. After approx. 2 weeks I called the manger Frank Radice told him I felt one of the mattresses was defective. He said to give it a month because I was not used to this kind of bed. After a month my wife and I went to the store and spoke to said manger and reiterrated that something was wrong with the mattress. He said he would send a technician. He came and put something between the mattress and box spring, it did not help. My wifethen called and asked to speak to his superior, who never called. Another technician calledto say he was going to come out, he said we might have problems because we have a dust ruffle in between the mattress and box spring. We have a bedspread, no dust ruffle! This was all wirhin a three month oeriod of purchasing the bed set, and when we said we wanted a new mattress he said that was not possible. The City Mattress guarntee states that a mattress may be exchanged for comfort, within three months. I guess that is a lie because all we got was a runeround!
