I have recently been contacted by someone claiming to be associated with this company.initially, a few weeks ago, he said I had defaulted on my loan that I supposedly received. He told me that I had only that day to repay the loan, otherwise he would send the sheriff the next day to drag me to court. I refused to pay because he would not send me any documentation or give me any account number associated with my loan. The next day nothing ever happened. On 10/8, a person called my place of employment claiming to be an attorney handling the court case that involved this same "loan." I tried to get documentation again, but all he would provide was a website. He said if I paid him the money I owed, that the case would be settled and he would send me any documentation I needed.
