I received one cook top early in July and none of the free stuff (how convenient) and the other cook top came on Sept. 22 which was refused and returned. And it took until then also to finally get a return number for the first one and so they both were returned the same day. Still no free stuff and no money back. I also left a message stateing I would like a full refund including S&H because I have yet to get any free stuff I thought it was the least they could do for my troubles... We'll see... I'm still waiting...
