I purchased a TaylorMade R11S back in March. The club looked authentic, but when you hit the ball, it sounded awfull. I closely inspected the club and the metal seemed bubblee around the weights. I communicated w/Golfcloseoutsale and they told me than rather than paying for expensive shipping, if I purchased something, they would send me the replacement for free. I did that in June with no clubs received. I filed a claim w/PayPal, and the $150 for a fairway wood was credited to our account. I have been in communication with them and finally I was told the same, if I purchase a club, they would send the replacement plus the new purchase. It has now been 7 months since the original purchase with no results. I'm filling once again a claim thru PayPal for the $150. Do not deal with these people, they are selling knockoffs and cheating people. The savings that you are getting is aspirin money.
