We arrived at Stansted airport 2 hours before the flight departureto Lourdes France. We had to queue up to have the boarding passes stamped. A very rude woman took all the boarding passes and stamped one of the return boarding pass in error. When they spotted the mistake at security we were told to go back to the counter to get the right one stamped.By the time we got back to security and underwent all the checks we ended up missing the flight. We had to pay another £342 to get another flight to an alternate destination. Thus spending £55 to get to Gatwick airport to catch a flight to Toulouse. Then a bus, a train and a taxi from Toulouse to Lourdes France costing 71 euros.
