Latest Graphics Drivers Missing for dv6-6153cl Laptop

They don't have the latest drivers for HP dv6-6153cl, for example the GPU driver for ATI is 11.9 and on HP's website it is lower and HP doesn't allow me to use their drivers (need to fix some bugs on some games) the same is for all other drivers
