Never On-Time Deliveries, No Notice When Hub Is Down

I have been using FedEx. They never deliver on time, and they do not tell you when their hub is down and cannot deliver. Absolutely horrible, because they do not offer any fixes. They do not offer to ship or discount shipped items that do not make their destination on time.
