I bought 3 bridesmaids dresses from Hills in hollywood, o decided to pay upfront for the dresses (big mistake) after they got my money customer service went out the window. The manager of the store was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was treated like a second class citizen, I was told i could pick up my dresses from the store as they had arrived. When i got their all three had stains all over them but the manager made me feel as if i was lying and incompetent. When she saw the stains her self she said they would be dry cleaned. How ever 10 min after leaving i get a call back saying the dresses where only wet and that i must go pick them up as nothing was wrong with them.
I had to fight to have my dresses dry cleaned, if you are considering using this company id think long and hard about it.
O and they do not tailor the dresses thats an extra cost on top also once your dress leaves their door there is no refunds or returns.
