I ordered 2 dresses in a silver satin and chiffon for bridesmaids at a wedding. When the dresses arrived the colour of the satin was silver but the chiffon was taupe, the appliqué flowers on the waistband of one dress were pinned on (NOT sewn) and the other dress had a zip that wouldn't do up. The company refused to acknowledge that the dresses were of a incorrect colour (despite providing clear photographic evidence) or faulty. They advised that they performed 'quality control' on the dresses before the were shipped and they were perfect and as I had requested. Further emails were unanswered and I was stuck with two dresses I was unable to use!!
