Purchased an EA game card for 3 mo Club Pogo Play — have used this method for access before but needed Customer Service assistance to activate card with much "coaxing" to have this accomplished. However, my latest purchase has not been accepted — CS is not accessible (in fact, they closed my case)! Should be able to just input the "pin#" designated on card directly from the Pogo site — basically, EA has acquired $20 with no intention of providing the service which was purchased — could use a Credit Card — but if they can't apply purchase through their own game cards, why would I trust them with credit card info!
