I bought XPS 1730 back in 2008 and it was awesome, in 2011 i had a problem in it and they fixed it because the warranty was just about to expire. But in July my computer totally stopped working, I had to pay $337.87 CAD to get it repaired. Sent it twice and yet they did not do anything, I called them again in September 13 to send the computer for the third time and now its bloody October 5th and they havent sent the box! Every time I call some idiot tells me "The box should be there in 48 hours". How about you kiss my white arse and send the box already! Dell service is nothing but a scam operated by scumbags their only job it to steal your money! Never ever buy a product from dell ever again!
