Bad service and food

I so disappointed in applebees today I dont know what to do first of I drive twenty min away from my home because I like this particular store and get there my food was dry and cold and so was my friend asked to speak to the manager and he was so rude I asked for the food to be made over took the food back and never returned with remade food and they had us sitting if the waitress didn't say anything to us we wouldn't have even known what was going on
