I ordered carside pick-up from applebee's and one of the meal was missing. I live 10 minutes away and the best answer I received from both the manager and the server was "the food was still in the back and if I was coming back to pick it up". At first they put me on hold because they want to verify if the food was indeed missed. Why would I call if I wasn't missing the food. What a joke, I will never go back to this applebee's (Kempsville Rd, Virginia Beach).
