I have been a member with Shapes for over 4 years now. Dealing with National Fitness has been so stressful for me. A couple of months ago i noticed that i have been charged a $3 fee for (along with my monthly payment) for no sensible reason. This has been going on for 11 months! When i called in i was told that my payments were returned by my back. NOT TRUE! My bank account is never negative. When i asked for a refund, they would tell me that no empoyees are authourized to do refund. It was easy for them to charge but impossible to refund me justice: (when time came to renew my membership, i thought it would be best to pay my annual fees upfront; which was what i did. Do u think thst stopped them? Heck No! They are now billing me for a dispute that i requested. Listen to this... The original dispute was for $28 ok? They are now billing me for 2 charges of $28 for the $28 dispute i demanded plus a $15 fee. They emailed me a breakdown of the charges. One was for customer despute and the other was for a returned item (which again the same dispute). Does that make any sense?!?! This company is a FRUAD, stealing money from hard working people. Do not trust them! All they want is your signature. A consent to screw you over. I havrnt spoken to one staff memeber that had a heart. Very unprofessional beings. I hope this will help you folks.
