I have had an on going situation with National Fitness now for several months. They have had me jump through hoops to prove that I mailed my cancelation letter to the gym, etc. I have spoken to the gym countless times and they have said that the billing errors should be corrected. National Fitness conventienly can not get in touch with the gym owners. I can hang up with NF and call the gym immediately and get someone. They have now turned me over to collections even though I have provided ALL information they have requested!
