We threw a party on Sept. 29th. At the Royal House inside the Royal Resort. Las Vegas. We supplied 72 bottles of vodka for the event at great expense to us and caught the Royal House bartender and GM trying to steal our vodka. They even used it for another non-related event on property at the same time as our party. For a group of 200 they supplied 1 bartender Matt Ayler w / a very bad attitude who was selling wristbands for all you can drink draft and pocketing the money himself and a cocktail waitress who was never around. Many of our guests left because they could not even get a drink. The GM Chris Rosas even had a shouting match with one of our guests who wondered why he had to pay bottle service gratuity for a cocktail waitress they never even saw. They had to get the mixes, ice and glasses themselves. The place is a filthy sty with vomit on the floor because they didn't clean up after an 18 rager the night before. And now they refuse to pay us for our bottle service agreement or return the vodka we purchased for OUR event.
