An email arrived this am and started with hi Glenda so it was personal? I looked at the website and it seemed to fairly okay and I foolishly gave my details of my payment card etc although I didn't finish giving them a reply came a bit quickly and it gave me my email add for a username and my postcode for a password but it will not let me in. I emailed them and as yet have had no reply
