This reported was raising a child as a single parent. Feeling that two parent households have more to offer a child I looked for a single father to team up with. I was hoping for a knight in shining armor or at least a nice guy. I thought I had found one.
To make this story short We married and became a two parent family. He and his two children and me with my one. The time went by and I found that this man was not honest in business. Was abusive to his children. Had married many times only to have the woman leave. The children were neglected over his own desires and needs. He spent much time on the internet seeking new wives to be in line when the present one was ready to leave. When I was unable to allow anymore degrading or abuse of his children or mine, I decided to leave the marriage and become a single parent again. This time is different though.
The children asked the divorce judge to let them live with me. They told of the abuse and neglect and the judge has heard them. The kids are with me. There is an order for support and the dad won't pay anything to help care for his children. I have lost my job recently due to the interuption of being served legal papers at work, being out of work to defend myself in court, and then when he kept breakig the restraining order, we had to move to get away from him, I hurt my spine during the move.
I am now on medical treatment but my job won't wait for me. I love the kids and want them to be safe. I just think it is a rip off that he won't even pay the child support as ordered so his kids won't have to be on welfare. The abuse was enough that the judge placed the children in the custody of the State child protection services. The judge then gave me only physical custody. So the agency would place them in foster care (again) if I can't take care of them.
This DAD is so selfish he doesn't care what happens to the kids. All he is doing now is looking for the next wife on the internet singles clubs. BEWARE of this man. He tends to use the screen names of "mgemelli" or "mgemelli46" or some variation. He is a fraud also. He says he is self employed. When he wants to impress you he will talk about all the money he can make as a make-up artist. This same man will go into court and say he hasn't been able to work and has no money. He just bought 2 new cars and he was on welfare before I married him yet he had $40,000.in the bank (kept it in escrow so they couldn't find it). He is a big fraud.
