This is a scam. I got a facebook message from my supposed Sister in law claiming that I had $100,000 coming to me but I need to go on facebook to get hold of said recipient and that her friends have gotten money from him. Thought it odd at the time because I don't remember applying for any lotto but because it came from her thought it was legit. After some correspondence with Bobby Bill about what to do luckily I didn't give them details of my credit card or anything. However, it wasn't until I was asked to send money through the West Union form that I got suspicious. Then when he rung me I heard a very thick accent that was definitely not American. He also used Facebook Freedom Award Promotion which makes it sound like facebook approved of this. Anyhow when I question him about his accent and his facebook profile he fobbed me off or so he thought. It was his persistence for me to send the money to him that really made me even more suspicious. Luckily I lied and said the bank wouldn't give me the money that I didn't make any payments to him. His real name on the form was Samuel Osude from Nigeria even though he reckon he wasn't Nigerian. Anyway I don't want other people to get caught out and to watchout. If you get a facevbook message from a friend or relative about money coming your way get hold of them to make sure it is them and acutally speak to the fraudster to make sure the facebook profile that they give you is the same as the person on the phone and the name they give you. Goodluck and more importantly don't assume that if they use facebook as a name of the company, check it out first.
