Approximately 1135am, I went to Ryan Restaurant at 1304 Bower Pkwy in Columbia, SC. I was in waiting area and noticed two elder females in a wheelchair were trying to enter into Ryan's and could not open the entrance way because it require them to pull open. There were no employee near by to open the door for them. I opened both doors for the females do they could enter into the restaurant. Approx. 10 minutes later, a white elderly male tried to enter the restaurant and a customer opened both doors as well. I feel that the restaurant is not set up for accommodate people with disabilities. There should be an automatic door available to accommodate the disable. It is a shame to have a facility of this source and not providing everyone the opportunity to enter into your restaurant without difficulties. I am considering reporting this to ADA because you have a food business that is open to all people and not for some. Until I see some improvement for the disable, I will refuse to spent any additional money at your facility.
