I went to ryan's family restaurant to eat lunch, it was 10:30. I went up to the guy to ask for some stir fry and the guy told me it would be 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, I returned to get my stir fry and the guy named phil was very rude and told me it would be another 20 minutes. I then ask for a manager and no one could find him/her. With people like that working for you, it is not good for your business. You need to have a talk with him.
