I got this email from restaurant.com which clearly states that you can buy a 25.00 gc from them for 3.00 with the above promo code. When you go to buy them and check out they charge you 4.50 each but you never see a 25 for 3.00 as clearly stated. I tried to talk to online chat but she tells me the certificates vary in price but it says clear as day if you put the promo code in then you would pay 3.00 for 25 gift certificate. Its still a great deal at 4.50 but why send out emails getting people to buy for 3.00 then charge them 4.50
