Purchase. HTC 7 surround t8788 unlocked windows7 touch screen cell phone on the above date. I have not received phone as yet I have contacted sears.com by phone numerous times and the issue has not been resolved Im at my wits end. Please help me to resolve this issue. All I want is my money back at this point.
