I purchased an Air conditioner from sears on February 27 and the unit is not working properly a few days after installation until now I have been calling sears and all I get is false promises that the issues will be fixed but til this day nothing has been done. The sales rep that sold me te unit forged my signature and signed all of the documents then dropped them off already signed. The third party contractors Bllue Panther installed the unit without a permit and weeks later got a permit where they too forged my signature to obtain the permit. I have been trying to get this issue resolved numerous times patiently but sears fails to resolve the issue meanwhile every month they are charging the credit card for payment. This is an act of un loyalty poor customer service and unethical conduct and lastly fraud and forgery.
