Our company has been receiving numerous badgering calls from an unknown agency in the attempt to contact an employee of ours. Contact was made with supervisor (Kevin) to have his employee Mr. Bell, stop calling our business with the attempt to reach our employee. We have politely told this agency that we have passed their message on and would appreciate them to quit tying up our phone lines.
On this morning of October 1 supervisor Kevin would not listen to me, he just directed me” to do what I have to do” and then hung-up. Supervisor Kevin has an accent that would place him from “India.”
This agency is speed dialing before 8:00 am our time, has not stopped calling after asked not to. I believe this agency to operate outside the law and too be completely rude and disruptive to our business.
