If you have been "ripped-off" by KMS Detective Agency, or KMS Investigations, etc., do not bother with reporting to the BBB, or your State Attorney General's office. This company is operating nationwide and using a mass media means of soliciting victims. Contact the United States Department of Justice and report the thefts and fraudulent conduct. This is an "interstate" scam.
