I have contacted a lawyer and someone is responsible. The check was legitimate and someone is going to have to take care of this amount that was deposited and then taken out of my accout. I think that it is only right for people who this has happened to to be compensated and given the money back to them. The lawyer I have hired wins cases like this all the time and usually gets even more than what the check was for due to this happening to people all the time.
