I worked for Primerica for 5 years. There are alot of positives to the company, but one HUGE downfall. VERY FEW PEOPLE MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO SUPPORT THEIR FAMILIES OR EVEN THEMSELVES.
They recruit over 200,000 people a year but only a few thousand make 6 figures. Thats indecisively a bad marketing method put out by the company. People do not want to talk about Life Insurance, Debt, etc. Its something they dont understand and therefore dont want to talk about. You cant defeat human nature. Anyone that attempts to is stupid.
I believe Primerica falls into that category. It IS VERY CORPORATE like in the fact that people that are like by the RVP's etc receive more accolades, NO QUESTION.
Bottom line, the company makes its money by having 20,000 0r 30,000 agent a month selling life insurance. Good luck.By the way, their Term Insurance is the SAME as other companies but is 40 - 50% more expensive. Go figure.
