Safetouch signed me up for 3 years when I agreed to pay them ahead for 3 year contract. Right after I started receiving a bill after 3 years, I called them up and asked them to cancel my contract since I no longer need it. I was told that my contract doens't end until 2 more years. I tried my very best to explain it to them that my contract is only for 3 years. The bottom line, I was not able to cancel it and still pays $27.79 a month until the other 2 years is done.
Yes, this is totally wrong and I hope they will cancel my contract next time I call them.
