I incurred this fee also. My bank left the whole thing up to me. I called; they did ask for personal info.—did not give them anything. They told me to go to cghelp.org to withdraw my "membership". I guess I have no choice but to attempt this since my bank (PNC) wont do anything but take a written complaint. Has anyone received a refund or had any further trouble? This is sickening!
