I was cruising web for personal loan information for a written report on same. Two days later this charge showed up — 99.49. I don't even remember seeing a Savings Plan Club Membership. I also incurred overlimit charges from my bank as the "check" showed up without sufficient funds to cover it. That was an additional $30.00. The sad thing is that my private bank account and personal security were assaulted on Christmas Eve. SPCM is a rip-off pure and simple. A Grinch.
