H&R Block Tax Software Digital Tax Solution Charged usurious rate of $32.95 just for transferring tax refund to my bank using H&R Bank as go-between.internet

I selected to have my tax refund electronically transferred to my bank account. I do remember a button I checked to allow H&R Block to withdraw any fees from my refund. Believing I had incurred no fee, I proceeded to send. Next thing I know I received this email:

The IRS has notified us that your refund is ready to be transferred to our partner bank, H&R Block Bank, for deposit. As a result, H&R Block Bank has initiated the process to deposit your refund, minus fees, into your bank account. This transaction is usually completed within 2 business days, but may take additional time depending on your bank's direct deposit process. Check with your bank to confirm the deposit.
