This is really a fascinating rip-off scheme. I received in the mail on Sept. 221 an invitation to join Global Test Market and at the bottom of this letter was a check made out to me for $985.00! I was informed to take the check to my bank and deposit it, which I did and then call Monika, two different phone numbers. I checked first for a web site and there is was, no problem. Yet! I waited until the check cleared, about three days and then took all but $120.00 out in cash as I was told to do, the $120.00 was to be my total commission. At this point I was to call back Monika to purchase a Wall Mart cash card for $865.00 which I never did because today I received from my bank a notice that the $985. Check was fictitious and no good! Wow, I just saved myself a bunch of money! This was a close call. This needs to be stopped in its tracks! Apparently this is new scheme.
