Nilegem is a well-known seller on eBay. On May 13, I purchased a $699 sapphire, Item was #170387438642. I returned it for a refund a week later. It was insured by the USPS. I never received a refund or verification from Nilegem. I tracked the item through the USPS and I have a letter from the USPS stating it was delivered "on or around July 3". It is too late to file a claim w/eBay since the International USPS tracking took all summer. Nilegem refuses to contact me despite a dozen requests. Now they have my money and the stone. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
