To Whom it May Concern,
We had reservations at NavarreBeach Campground. We could not go due to hurricane Issac. I do understand that is was a holiday weekend and a refund is not given under normal circumstances. I would like to believe Florida understanding the hardship that a hurricane can create would be willing to make an exception. We asked for a refund or if we could put it toward another weekend and was told no! I think under the circumstance you should refund our money. We were looking forward to this weekend for some time. When the storm hit we lost electricity. We could not leave our kids home with no power!
I will not stay at any of your resorts and will do my best through social media to make sure the public aware of your practices.
